Covenant Home Health Care Services was founded in Putnam County, West Virginia, 2006, in response to a growing need in the area for home health care services. Founders Jim and Pam Mitchell felt that home-bound individuals could benefit not only from excellent physical care, but also emotional and spiritual attention.

From Putnam County, we expanded to Kanawha County, West Virginia, and have dedicated ourselves to accommodating and facilitating the lifestyles of those in need. In September 2012, we added Cabell & Wayne Counties, West Virginia, to our service area.  We are excited to have broadened our footprint to focus on servicing the Metro Valley to the western counties of Cabell & Wayne, West Virginia.  Covenant Home Health Care is recognized always for administration of quality care, professional health care team, and personal touch.
